Sizing and Quality
These models are custom-scaled to be in line with the miniatures used in tabletop games such as Warhammer. Please contact us if you are interested in other scales or sizes of our products. All items are printed on demand. The models are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Some basic modeling skills are required to complete them. While we do our best to clean each miniature, some additional cleanup may be required. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, PLEASE CONTACT US and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Returns

We will always do everything we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, but due to the fact that these are custom-made products produced specifically for your order, once an item has been printed, it will not be cancelled or refunded without sufficient reason.
